Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer

 

Daniel Asiedu is a Chartered Accountant by profession with over sixteen (16) years working experience. He has to his credit extensive experience in auditing, consulting and general banking having worked with Pricewaterhouse, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Zenith Bank Plc, Volta River Authority (VRA) and Standard Trust Bank Ghana Ltd (now UBA (Gh) Ltd). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and a Masters in Business Administration (Finance Option) from the University of Ghana. Daniel has also attended many courses both locally and internationally including Executive Management courses at Harvard Business School and Columbia University. Daniel has been the Chief Operating Officer of the Bank since its inception and was appointed to the board in July 2009. He has won some key accolades for service excellence such as Staff of the Year (1998) - Pricewaterhouse, Outstanding Role Model (2008) - Zenith Bank (Gh) Ltd, Exceptional Leadership Award (2008) - Zenith Bank (Gh) Ltd and Outstanding Role Model (2009) - Zenith Bank (Gh) Ltd.

General Manager/Group Head

 

Abiola holds a B.Sc in Actuarial Science from University of Lagos and an MBA in Finance. She possess over ten (10) years working experience in Financial Analysis, Relationship Banking and General Management. She currently oversees all the Marketing Sectors of the bank. She is an Alumnus of Columbia University and Harvard Business School, where she attended Executive Management Courses. She is an astute manager and has won some key accolades for service excellence such as Best Group Head (2007 & 2008) and Exceptional Leadership Award (2008 & 2009).

Group Head/Company Secretary

 

Daniel Agamah holds a First degree in Law and Philosophy from the University of Ghana, Legon (1991), a Qualifying Certificate of Law from the Ghana School of Law (1993) and a Master's degree in International Law from the University of Cape Town, South Africa (2000). He was called to the Bar in Ghana in 1993 and has held various positions in international law and private practice. In addition to the Ghana Bar Association, Daniel Agamah holds memberships in the Ghana Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors and the International Bar Association. Before joining the Bank in 2005 Daniel Agamah was Legal Officer for West Africa with the African Society of International and Comparative Law, an international law NGO (1995 - 2002). He also worked as a Senior Associate at the law firm of Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah (2002 - 2005) and was a recipient of the Zenith Bank special MD/CEO Award for 2009.

Head, Human Resources & Corporate Communications

 

Eva is a holder of LLB. (Hons) from the University of Ghana and also an affiliate of the Chartered institute of Personnel Development – (CIPD - UK). She has to her credit a rich experience in Human Resources Management & Development having spent ten (10) years as a Business Unit Head (HR) at one of the Big Four firms – KPMG Ghana. She has a proven record in strategic human resource planning & management with a sound awareness of team dynamism and strategic decision making. Eva is a Patron of the Achievers Foundation of University of Ghana, - a student body set up to develop students to meet the challenges of the business world.

Operations Manager

 

Albert Kwesi Inkoom, a holder of a bachelor’s degree in Administration (Accounting option) (1990) and an MBA (2005) is also an Associate Member of Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana (ACIB). Albert began his banking career with Ghana Commercial Bank where he worked in various departments including credit, domestic and foreign operations for a period of seven years. He later joined Ecobank Ghana Ltd where he played a leading role in branch set ups and banking operations. In 2006 Albert joined Zenith Bank (Ghana) Ltd and has been equally instrumental in branch set ups. He is currently the Operations Manager of the Bank. Albert has an excellent track record in Banking Operations which spans a period of eighteen years to date and has acquired a lot of knowledge and skills through domestic and foreign training programmes.

Group Head

 

George Blavo is an astute manager with over 15 years experience in banking. He has played a pioneering role in the setting up and successfully running several bank branches in Zenith Bank Ghana and erstwhile Metropolitan and Allied Bank where he once worked. George holds a bachelors degree in Social Science from the University of Cape Coast. He has also attended numerous courses in management, banking law and finance in reputable institutions both in Ghana and overseas. His current portfolio includes supervising six branches and two marketing sectors

Head, Business Services

 

Kwame has a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy and an MBA in Finance. He is also a certified dealer with the Association of Financial Markets (ACI). He has sound financial management skills honed over a period of nine (9) years in a career spanning Consulting, Treasury, and Accounting & Finance. Kwame has excellent management, negotiation and organizational skills. Before joining Zenith Bank, he worked with Fidelity Discount House and Deloitte & Touche Consulting, West Africa.

Head, Credit Risk Management

 

Charlotte holds a Bachelors Degree in Political Science & Sociology and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (Finance option) from the University of Ghana, Legon. She is also a member of the Ghana Institute of Management and Chartered Administration. She has over two years experience in Auditing and eleven (11) years banking experience spanning several capacities such as operations, credit, credit risk, recoveries and marketing.

Head, Internal Control & Audit

 

He is directly involved with the testing of and reporting on Internal Control procedures, general review of banking operations and accounts, the conduct of investigations, central bank liasing, and other supervisory duties. Before his current responsibility at Zenith Bank (Ghana) Limited, he was the Assistant Head of the Investigations Unit of Zenith Bank Plc. Johnson has over seven years banking experience- two years in Banking Operations and Marketing departments, and four years in the Internal Control and Audit department of Zenith Bank Plc. He has worked in a variety of Internal Control faculties including Resident Audit, Process Improvement, Credit Review, Inspection and Branch Supervision. He holds a bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance, CISA (Certified Information System Auditor), certification in marketing, a diploma in Computer Science, a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and a recipient of the Zenith Bank special MD/CEO Award for 2009.
